About Me
Hello, I’m Maddie! I’m currently a senior at Marlborough School in Los Angeles and will be attending Cornell University next year. I specialize in breaking down complex material into clear, manageable steps while helping students build confidence alongside academic skills. Through years of tutoring, literacy work, and academic leadership, I’ve learned that real progress comes from patience, structure, and meeting each student exactly where they are.
Whether that means helping a kindergarten student build early reading foundations, supporting a middle schooler with organization and homework, or preparing a high school student for the SAT, my goal is always the same: to make learning feel approachable, supportive, and effective.
Having attended a rigorous, college-preparatory school, I’ve developed the academic discipline and study strategies required to succeed in challenging environments. Through courses such as AP Calculus AB and BC, AP Literature, AP Environmental Science, AP Chemistry, and AP Spanish, I’ve gained firsthand experience navigating advanced material and managing demanding workloads. I bring these skills into my tutoring by helping students build strong study habits, confidence, and independence that extend beyond a single assignment or exam.
